WHERE ARE CARRÉ PIECES MADE?
Carré pieces are crafted in France, with the Maison’s workshop based on the French Riviera.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY LEATHER?
Each leather has its own character, touch and natural grain. Explore our leather collections or contact Carré Concierge for personalised guidance.
CAN I PERSONALISE MY CASE?
Yes. Initials can be hot-stamped directly onto selected Carré pieces, with a choice of gold or silver finish.
ARE NATURAL VARIATIONS IN THE LEATHER NORMAL?
Yes. Leather is a natural material. Subtle variations in grain, texture and tone are part of its character and make every piece unique.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are generally delivered within 24–48 hours in Metropolitan France, 48–72 hours in Europe and 3–5 days for the rest of the world.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Carré covers the return. Personalised products cannot be returned.
